Offer & angle design

We translate your value prop into 1–2 outbound hooks. We draft the first email and follow-ups for your review and tweak until it sounds like you.

3.

Infrastructure setup

We help set up sending domains/inboxes if needed, warm them up, and configure basic tracking and reporting.

4.

Prospect research & list build

We source accounts and contacts that match the ICP and enrich them with role, company context, and any relevant signals.

5.

Campaign launch

We start with modest volume to protect deliverability, monitor performance daily in the first 1–2 weeks, and adjust quickly.

6.

Reply handling & demo scheduling

We categorize replies (interested, not now, wrong person, etc.), send polite, contextual follow-ups according to agreed rules, and coordinate calendars to book demos.

7.

Weekly review & scaling

Short weekly sync or Loom update summarizing numbers, learnings, and changes. Once the playbook works, we scale volume carefully while maintaining quality.

What you need to provide

  • A clear understanding of your product and best customers.
  • Access to a founder or AE who will take demo calls.
  • A Google Workspace or O365 email environment and calendar to book into.
  • A basic CRM is helpful but not required for a pilot.
